Principal

Christopher M. Adams

Aurora, Colorado consultant Christopher Adams is the founder and principal of Adams & Adams, LLC. He focuses on Safe Sport, Immigration, and Business/Real Estate advising.

Prior to opening Adams & Adams, LLC, Chris worked for the Adams County District Attorney’s Office and in private practice focusing on probate, business law, and estate planning. While he was still living in Massachusetts, Chris interned for the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office, Office of the Inspector General, and worked in private practice focusing on estate planning and probate.

In addition to running Adams & Adams, LLC, Chris is a Water Polo Official. He has been in and around aquatics for the past 20 years coaching all ages from lean to swim to Olympic qualifiers in swimming and water polo.

Chris founded Adams & Adams, LLC to bring legal services to people regardless of income.

Kira N. Adams

Kira N. Adams is an associate attorney at Giometti & Mereness, P.C., focusing on insurance defense litigation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mrs. Adams worked assisting defense counsel on the retail side of the multi-district opioid litigation and worked in the legal department at the Denver office of the United States Postal Service assessing worker’s compensation claims.

Prior to moving to Denver, Mrs. Adams worked as an associate attorney at Brand & Tapley, LLC, a small insurance defense firm in Wellsley, MA, assessing automobile and homeowner claims in a pre-litigation investigation role and as litigation counsel in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Mrs. Adams is a graduate of Centenary University in Hackettstown, NJ, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in business administration: marketing & sports management and minor in Political and Governmental Affairs; and obtained her J.D. from New England Law|Boston, graduating cum laude. While at New England Law, Mrs. Adams was an editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement and received a certified concentration in Intellectual Property Law, including CALI awards for the top exam grades in Intellectual Property Law and Copyright Law. While attending law school, Mrs. Adams served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Bonnie H. MacLeod at the Suffolk County Superior Court in Boston, MA.

Outside of work, Mrs. Adams enjoys traveling, especially road-tripping around Colorado and visiting family on the east and west coasts. She also enjoys book clubs, volunteering at various sporting events, including the Rocky Mountain State Games, and trying out new restaurants with her husband, Chris.
